We are a Recreational Non Contact Lacrosse League for all skill levels from ages of 15 and up.

Our Mandate is to provide a  Fun,Safe and Healthy Environment for all skill levels from Field and Box to enjoy the Game of Lacrosse.

Our membership includes all Skill Levels from Beginner & Intermediate to Alumni Players from the NCAA, CUFLA, JR Box ,SR Box, NLL, MLL & MASTERS Clubs, Including the Whitby Warriors ,Brooklin Redmen, Brooklin Merchants,Clarington Green Gaels ,Clarington Shamrox, West Durham Ironheads, Oshawa Blue Knights Field Lacrosse  and Jr & Sr Masters Programs.

Current Players have competed in Field Lacrosse Events such as the NCAA, CUFLA ,MLL, World Jr & Sr Field Lacrosse Championships, Canadian Jr & Sr Field Lacrosse Championships.

Current Players have also competed in Box Lacrosse Events such as the Minto Cup, Mann Cup, NLL, Founders Cup and Canadian Masters Championships.

This Experience of Competition and Sportmanship is passed on between the various Tier players through Fun and Mentoring creating our success story.
